Registration Tips

Apply Early – Many courses fill well before their start date so register as soon as possible. Course tuition or deposit must be paid at the time of registration. You may pay by cash, check, American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Payment plans are available for some Prelicense classes. The school will impose a $35 returned check charge for all returned checks. Payment for class registrations will be accepted anytime before the class begins but on a space available basis. By Phone – Call 678-207-1501 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

By Mail – Complete and mail your registration form at least one week prior to course beginning date

In Person – Cook and Company Academy of Real Estate is open weekdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If paying with cash, please bring exact change.

Textbooks
If your course requires a specific textbook, the cost may be included in your tuition fee. We encourage you to register as soon as possible for Pre-license courses. Textbooks will be available on the 1st day of class for in class courses. Contact the school for additional information at 678-207-1501 or email us.

Refund Policy
We reserve the right to cancel classes with low enrollments as late as one day prior to the start date of the course with full refunds made to registrants. You will be notified of cancellation and given the option to transfer to another class or receive a 100% refund. Failure to attend does not constitute formal withdrawal and no-shows will forfeit the entire registration fee. If you have paid by check, please allow four to six weeks for refunds to be processed.

Credit Cards
The charges will appear on your credit card bill as “Keller Williams”.

Continuing Education Classes
To be eligible for a full refund, requests have to be made before the course begins. We will also permit transfer to another class.

Pre-license Courses
If you withdraw before the first scheduled class session, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you withdraw before the second class session, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 processing fee.

After the second class session begins, there are NO refunds. If you attend less than 50% of the total course sessions, you can transfer to another class for a $100 transfer fee.

If you withdraw, you will be charged $100 book fee if your textbooks are not in mint condition.

Course/Class Cancellations
Every effort is made to conduct classes as scheduled, however, there are times when classes must be cancelled due to extenuating circumstances, insufficient class enrollment, or inclement weather conditions. We will try to contract you by telephone number or e-mail address provided at the time of registration if a specific class session is cancelled. Please check your e-mail or voicemail boxes at least 24 hours prior to class to determine whether you have been contacted regarding a cancellation. In the event of inclement weather, tune in to your television Channel 11. You may also call 678-207-1501 for information regarding closings and revised class hours.

Special Needs
If you are an individual with a disability who may require assistance or accommodation, or if you desire more information on disability access, please contact the school at 678-207-1501. Specialized accommodation services must be requested two months prior to anticipated time of enrollment.

In such a case, you will receive a full tuition refund.
